The iACT Course, presented by Fettle's Head of Coaching & Clinical Services, Keelin O'Dwyer, is an 8-week program that teaches skills and strategies drawn from an effective form of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy known as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (or ACT for short). This gold-standard treatment has proven effective in addressing vicarious trauma, burnout, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and addiction.
